I’ve been where you are now, and I’m here to help…

Back in 2010, I faced a stage 4 lymphoma diagnosis that I was told was incurable. I’ve felt the same worry, confusion, uncertainty, and fear about the future that you may be feeling now. It’s easy to feel lost amidst the sea of information, not knowing where to turn our whom to trust.

Initially I focused on diet and nutrition — I am a dietitian after all!

I became very rigid, even maniacal, about every bite I ate. I took gobs of supplements. I refused to go out to eat. I avoided social situations where I didn’t have control over what I was eating. And when I ‘cheated,’ I found myself grappling with self-doubt, fear, and anxiety.

Ironically, despite carefully following a strict anti-cancer diet, my cancer began to grow even faster.

Now here’s where it gets interesting…

Sometimes you can know something intellectually, but you don’t embrace it fully until it’s happening to you.

Can you relate?

For me, I knew that stress fuels cancer.

But even with this intellectual knowledge, I couldn’t see clearly how these rigid eating rules were creating intense stress and feelings of isolation, and that this was actually causing the cancer to grow.

My attempts to control everything were clearly feeding the disease.

This realization led me to take a step back and address my health holistically. I considered everything from stress levels and sleep patterns to mindset and environmental toxins. Sure, nutrition was a part of the solution, but there was so much more to it!

Once I sorted through which factors were most likely undermining my health, I focused on making the most impactful yet manageable lifestyle adjustments slowly and systematically, without the stress.

These changes made all the difference—my cancer began to retreat.

I’m here to support you

Today, I dedicate myself to helping women like you to find clarity and calm. I understand how hard it is to make sense of all the advice out there and to know which changes will work for you. You don’t have to figure this out on your own!
